Mining Incentive Awards

The Mining Incentive Awards at Battle Mountain High School recognize and reward outstanding students across all subject areas and grade levels. A total of $9,000 was awarded to students who exemplify the qualities of a dedicated and hardworking individual. Nominees are selected by their teachers based on a combination of work ethic, attendance, citizenship, and other key traits valued in the professional world. This initiative is generously funded by Nevada Gold Mines, SSR Marigold, and I-80 Gold, who are committed to supporting education and encouraging the next generation of responsible, driven individuals.
